Course Description

The Photography (OV-896-PH) course is designed as a value-added program for students pursuing Animation & VFX, providing them with essential skills in framing, composition, lighting, and photo editing. The course introduces students to the history and principles of photography, the anatomy and functions of cameras, and technical aspects such as ISO, exposure, shutter speed, lenses, filters, and depth of field. Students gain hands-on experience in indoor and outdoor studio lighting, portrait, landscape, street, and macro photography, and learn to edit and manipulate photographs professionally, complementing their skills in film making, lighting, and compositing.
